Patient access – Ongoing Issues
Patient Online Access is still having issues despite advising us it has been resolved.
Since they updated the patient access website about two months ago we have been inundated with calls on a daily basis.
We can reset account login information but cannot reset passwords please note since website upgrade if you are sharing email addresses this will cause login issues, you need an email address per person.
If you are having issues please log a call with patient access support as they run the website please click on link below.
