e-Consult Tool
You can do the following on-line using our eConsult tool:
- Send details of your medical problem
- Get an appointment with a doctor or health professional
- Get a sick note Med 3
- Submit an admin query
All on-line requests are viewed by our team within one working day from submission and you’ll be contacted by one of our team to follow up with a plan of action. This might include booking you in to see a doctor in person or by phone/video call or a direct referral to one of our specialist healthcare services in practice.
Avoid the phone queues and get the right help you need sooner by doing it on-line!
