Enhanced Access Information for patients

With effect from 1st September 2026 Glebe Surgery will be offering enhanced access telephone consultation appointments on a Tuesday morning between 07:00 – 08:00 and some weekday evenings between 16:00 – 20:00. To increase availability for patients the days rotate each week. The weekend telephone consultations will continue to be delivered by an Out of Hours provider.

Patients will also be able to access blood test appointments on Tuesdays between 07:00 – 08:00.

Enhanced Access sessions will be staffed by a mix of GPs, Phlebotomists, and a Receptionist.

Please note access to our Enhanced Access hubs are by appointment only.

It is not a walk-in service, and the venue is not open for general practice enquiries. All requests still need to be made to practices during their normal opening hours (and able to be cancelled by the patient remotely).
