Getting your test results
Test Results requests are dealt with after 2pm- Please call the surgery on 01903 742942
Please understand that we are bound to confidentiality and therefore will only be able to discuss results with the patient unless under child consent age- Unless we have written consent to discuss results with another/such as Husband/Spouse/Child.
Permission to discuss healthcare with a third party
If you already have online access for appointments /Ordering medication you can have access to view results you will need to complete the form below and return to the surgery for this to be actioned.
